Welcome to Dances With Hooves! Dances With Hooves originated as small warmblood breeding operation, focusing on breeding quality Holsteiners for dressage, three day eventing and jumpers. In recent years, we have become captivated by the unique attributes of the American Curly Horse. As a result, we launched our Curly Sport Horse Project, keeping the best of our Holsteiner bloodlines and crossing them with the best available Curly lines to create spectacular conformation and movement. Our goal is to combine the Curly's wonderful personality, trainability, excellent bone, constitution and hypoallergenic qualities in a larger package with movement and athleticism that will be competitive in the modern sport horse arena. We breed for unflappable, forgiving dispositions that are suitable for the amateur as well as a joy for the professional rider. All of our Curly Sport Horses are registered with Curly Sporthorse International and will be taken to CSI inspections for evaluation and grading. Please check back often!
